Bluedog Photography’s one day Beginner Workshop is aimed to get you off Auto and to become a more creative photographer.
What’s covered and What do I get?
You receive expert tuition from professional photographers delivered in three parts:
1. PowerPoint presentations showing what you can achieve and how to achieve it
2. Finding it on your camera
3. Hands on practical- doing it yourself with guidance from your tutor/s.
4. Bluedog Pack with all your notes from the day, cheat card and Statement of Attendance.
We cover: Composition and how to make that image have punch; ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, focusing, how to store your digital files, RAW versus Jpeg, how to shoot long exposures for fireworks and lightning, on camera flash and when to use it, achieve an out of focus background, maximum depth of field for landscapes, and much more. Never use Auto again!
All weather venue. Workshops continue if it’s raining.
Morning tea refreshments supplied.
Suitable for both digital SLR, point and shoots and film cameras.
Maximum six per workshop. Minimum three to run.

A SLR digital camera and tripods are available for hire at $25.00 to cover cleaning and maintenance.
