Macro Photography
Join Danielle Lancaster in our intro to macro photography course on Tamborine Mountain.
The workshop consists of two parts:
1. A power point presentation that goes through gear; techniques on lighting, focusing, exposure and many tips
2. Practical – held in and around the Bluedog studio to make this an all weather event. We will provide notes and cover a demonstration on how to do Smoke Photography and create star bursts in your macro images.
Workshop notes and follow up advice offered to all participants.
Macro sessions are included in many of our tours and retreats such as
Cambodia, Heron, Outback Queensland, Tamborine, Stradbroke and Fraser Islands, and online.
Suitable for beginner, intermediate to advanced.

Q: Do I need to have attended a Bluedog Photography Workshop before?
A: No. We do ask you have a basic understanding of aperture, shutter, ISO and how they all work together.
